My husband and I have both stayed at Walls including countless friends with whom I have travelled to Haiti. I have actually lead a group of Canadians to Haiti many years ago and we stayed there on that trip as well. A friend of mine once was the manager of the Guest House. So many memories and that is why I know so many are asking online about Walls.
It's so great you live near enough to Elmira to get the news. I am sorry for the Wall family. They have done an enormous amount by owning and operating that home. So much has happened and they were a rock in a place that sometimes is pretty crazy.
